April showers bring May flowers -- just in time for Mother's Day....
I have long admired the artistry of Kittie747 and have had this lovely card (Which currently has over 6,000 views and 100+ comments!) in my favorites for quite some time. With Mother's Day just around the corner, I set out to CASE it.
I knew I didn't have the SU! Definitely Decorative Wildflowers set but was just SURE I had something similar -- I didn't. Given that I have an entire cupboard chock full of stamp sets, I was determined to use something I had on hand.
The cluster stamp from Watercolor Minis didn't give me the same feel as Kittie's card, but I'm happy with the way these turned out. Something about the finished image just screamed layered panels to me. Didn't have the right shade of ribbon (of course), so I went with white netting instead.

Wow Debbie! You went back to a 2009 project. What a huge compliment. Thank you. The watercolor mini fern image is one of my favorites. I purchased three sets so that I would always have that image to use in my scenes. I wore one out. Your card using the mini is equally as soft and love as the image I used on my card. I absolutely love that you added the butterfly and white netting bow. These are both perfect. I'm sure the recipients love them.
