I love this technique and it is just so easy to do that my stash is full of little pieces of these designs. I used a ball stylus to make the white dots with acrylic paint so the image looks like those bandanas that always seem to be part of a dog's wardrobe! The pieces of DP are from my scrap bag which seems to be dwindling down.. somewhat!

BEAUTIFUL card, Sue. Even tho' it has many panels, it has a crisp and clean look of a CAS card. Wonderful colors and I like the white dot motif of the flourish as well as the ribbon.
