Our teaparty this week is for Sharon, a friend of Karen (Redbugdriver). Sharon is recovering from surgery and we are going to send her some sweet teapotter's love! We are off to Surprise, AZ.
I wanted to use Elegant Eggplant because Sharon loves this color but its a fairly dark color so I decided to use it in a minimal way. Die cut the floral and sponged just the flowers and the edges. The sentiment is also stamped in eggplant. I added teeny pearls to the center of some of the flowers. This was a bugger to photograph and is much prettier irl. TFL and I'll catch up on commenting tomorrow!

What a beautiful way to share Sharons fav. color. At first I thought it was an embossing and was going to ask how you sponged that so well, then I read further and saw its a diecut...awesome idea. Like the lil extra bling...will so make sharon's day...TFS..:0)

What a lovely CAS card, Robin - a lovely use of Sharon's favourite colour and so elegant, too. The delicate font in the sentiment is a great pairing with the floral spray.
