It said to bring strawberries!! Â….by the bowl, by the peck or by the wheelbarrow. How about by the cow, as in Curt the cow!!!
Curt was so happy to bring strawberries today mainly because he had just walked by a strawberry field. So he did a quick turnaround, asked permission first, then proceeded to load up on those sweet berries.
Had he thought ahead, he might have brought a basket or better yet a wheel barrow with him. Instead he just sort of wrapped his whole body up with strawberries. So glad I had my camera with me to catch a quick photo of this maneuver.
He might be a tad surprised when he drops those berries off and finds that his black and white fur has become black and pink fur. hehe I can just imagine a pink Curt!
Another hand drawn scene with a few stamps being used for the blue dots and ground. I did make a stencil for the strawberries which made it easier to surround Curt with. Copics were used for the main coloring and prisma pencils and gamsol for the green ground. Acrylic paint and a stylus made the border dots that were traced with a black pen. Put this all on a craft card.
Well, hope everyone has a wonderful Teapot Tuesday. See you in the gallery! TFL :0)

Looks like Curt is getting ready to set up a road side fruit stand. Knowing his entrepreneurial bent before the end of the season he'll be selling pies and jam and who knows what else.

I am still having a chuckle over your story. I actually thought of you and Curt the minute I read about this weeks challenge. I wondered what he would get up to. Every week I look forward to your card Cathy and I also love reading what the Teapotters say. I LOL when I read Gem35's comment.

Curt certainly has his arms full there - and all I can say is I hope there are no wasps around or we might end up with strawberry crush as Curt runs for it! Love the base layer with the yellow dots - thanks for sharing how you made them.
