I got slightly carried away with this challenge to-day! I absolutely love this little bird from Elizabeth Craft Designs and any excuse to use it is fine with me! I coloured the base with dusty durango and sponged the blue body with night of navy. The flowers are from a Impression obsession die (also sponged with dusty durango). The fence (also IO) is cut from a piece of recycled kraft paper grocery bag and sponged with Mr Holtz' walnut distress ink. Leaves are an old sizzix die, the green trellis is spellbinders and the background folder is a cuttlebug. I tried to use as many scraps as I possibly could and I think I succeeded because the only new piece was the main card.

Oh, I love this card. That little blue bird, is so pretty. I love the flowers too. And the fence, I just love everything about this card. tfs.

I can see why you love that bird... He is so eye catching and you always color him so beautifully. I love the cards you make from your stash pile... creatvity at its best!!!!!
