Torn card, chalks and watercolour pencils - swooshed back and forth across the card scrap with finger tips and cotton buds! The flipflops are from a free dingbat font printed onto striped paper and the seagulls are just folded white card scrap cut into a "u" shape then opened up so both wings are equal size. Great inspirations - thanks. This card is a longoverdue one for the district home visiting nurses who looked after DH for so many months while he was ill. (They are based in a seaside village about 40 mins drive away.)
