My eye had been caught by the pretty peacock in the World Treasures Set, but I didn't jump until they offered it as a single stamp! It is really a pretty image. I inked it with Marina Mist then used a marker to add Eggplant highlights and used my Indigo inkpad (gotta get that marker!) to add some depth to the body of the bird and along the edge feathers. I sponged the edges with Island Indigo and added a tiny framing of Eggplant. I stamped images from Artistic Etchings on my right hand panel on a piece of neutral dp. The Indigo panel is embossed in the houndstooth ef, the Eggplant in chevron and the base of Marina Mist in the Elegant Lines. I added a bow of Rich Razzleberry Taffeta with an Antique Brad. No sentiment yet as I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with this on.

It is indeed a lovely peacock - and a lovely card, too. It looks so rich with those muted heritage-style colours.
I was walking through Temple Bar today and thought of you .

Love that marina mist and eggplant together. Will have to try the combo sometime. I thought your peacock was a doily image at first. Very elegant.
