I love this stamp - and the donkey that coordinates with it. Not a Democrat? No worries! Gourmet Rubber Stamps makes a Republican stamp too, and an elephant And there is one that just says "Vote", and another that says "Proud to Be an American" -- they really are all fabulous!
You can check them all out (and the paper, twine, and pearls I used) over at i {heart} papers.

This is a great card Taylor! Great clean design and there is nothing offensive about it. It's so sad that some people can take away joy from crafting about what is close to our heart. Keep on crafting I say! x

Taylor, first of all, I love the shimmery twine on this card and the pretty pearls. What a cool thing to do for a stamp co. to offer BOTH versions of a poignant event coming up in 2012.
Oh, and the GREAT thing about AMERICA is that it's a FREE country and we are free to be a Republican, Democrat, or anything in between. Isn't that great? NOTHING offensive about that! <3

I like that the colors you chose are different shades of the usual red, white and blue. It's a fantastic CAS card! I don't understand why this would offend anyone - there's not a single thing wrong with it.

How could this be deemed inappropriate by anyone? Some people are just looking for things to be offended about - it's a great card and you went beyond the call of duty by offering balance in your description.
