Finally taking the opportunity to CASE a card of this week's Queen for a Day Pat aka kokirose. This isn't the most direct CASE...Pat has a lot of large square cards that feature stitching. I had this card's sketch MMTPT179, CC356, Holy Cow! by kokirose at Splitcoaststampers in mind when I began, but kind of drifted off from there (Not sure where the Karen Barber big bow came from!)
Today's color challenge features: River Rock, Garden Green and Lucky Limeade. I started by printing my Patrick quote onto some River Rock dp and cutting and scoring it with a square Nestie...framed it with a Garden Green square; pierced and added faux stitching (couldn't find any green thread around the house!). For my diagonal sections I used the Watercolor Vines wheel and inked with the same color as the papers. I adhered these to a Garden Green frame also wheeled with the leaves. I pierced on either side of the join and added faux zig zag stitching with a Garden Green marker. I die cut Little Leaves in the 3 colors and used a stylus to add some veins. I had had a shamrock gem in the upper corner, but it just wasn't right so I ended up putting this big bow back on (it had been across the center at one point.)

Pretty! I like the diagonal panels and the way you've stitched them together.
