Roxie gave us a fantastic sketch today and it worked perfectly for some new stamps I just received from Serendipity!
I chose a birthday theme today and used my new cupcake and candle (how cute are they??) I stamped the cupcake image in Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla cs, watercolored the cake part in Very Vanilla and River Rock; paper pieced the cupcake paper with SU's Paisley Petals dsp and made the frosting glimmery by using Liquid Pearls White Opal (my favorite part of the entire card which OF COURSE did not photograph well...ugh#. Added my little sprinkles also cut from the same dsp as the cupcake paper. Candle also stamped in Crumb Cake and watercolored with Blushing Bride and Daffadoil Delight. Ran the bottom portion of this panel through the bs using a Swiss Dots ef. The second panel is from a mat stack called Old World which I punched the left side with an MS border punch #don't know the name). Mounted panels on Blushing Bride cs and then again on Crumb Cake. Added some Victoria Crochet trim and the sentiment from Watercolor Trio mounted on a Crumb Cake Scalloped circle with a tiny bit of bling at the bottom!
This also fits the bill for my very first and definitely late DTGD challenge. One down, a kazillion to go!!!
Phew, that seemed like a long description... Anyway, hope you like my creation and I look forward to your kind comments and views. Have a happy Wednesday!!

It's beautiful! I love the little details you added, like the pearls, and the paper-piecing on the cupcake. Thanks for playing along with my challenge!!
