I've combined the color challenge with the Teapot Tuesday Challenge in my card today.
Betty's colors for us this week are Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake - with the dessert of using something from the kitchen - my dessert is twine.
And da Mudder's challenge for the teapotters is to make a round 'dodge ball' shaped card.
I didn't have the SU colors so I used ink colors I thought were close. I stamped a large doily from Waltzingmouse then cut my card with a Big scallop circle Nestability. Then I stamped 2 smaller doily stamps in other colors and layered them over the big doily with foam tape.
Then I added my die cut banner tag, some rhinestones and twine.
This card will be going postal to Sandy - a woman who has gone through personal loss and illness but continues to work to help others.

Okay, right off the bat, I have a question? Do you think you could have found a more perfect two toned twine? I love this card! It has the coolest look about it! What a beautiful card for Sandy Julia and those colors....that Betty sure knows what to put together....its even sorta 4th of July-ee looking! Wowza....you did good....it won't bounce even but hey, we have never been that athletically inclined anyway! Snort! Love this Julia! You did good!
