At first glance this might not look like it has layers but there are many. There is the base and then the sky, the rolling hills, the trees, the frame, the train (the train is three layers alone!), the smoke, and even the *brads & sprockets* are double layers of silver cardstock. This is for my three-year-old nephew who loves trains.
