I was so happy to see my friend Irene, aka DandI93, as the Featured Stamper. Irene is a fab stamper & always leaves such positive comments. Irene is also a past Queen for the Day! I'm so happy for you Irene. Here is one card I chose to case, Our WW2 Hero, seen here: CAS69 , Our WW2 Hero by DandI93 at Splitcoaststampers
I will be sending mine to Bob, my Soldier's Angels sailor. Things I changed are no white layer (b/c I forgot it), no star punching (boy I wish I had that one!), no circle punching & I changed the direction of the ribbons, and I changed the sentiment. The ribbon looks black but is in fact navy blue.
Congratulations Irene, I hope you like my version of your card.
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek.

Karen, what a wonderful CASE of Irene's card. Such a terrific patriotic card. I like that you kept many features of Irene's original, but added your own style too.

This is awesome. I love that star embossed background. The red, white, and blue ribbons are the perfect touch. It reminds me of the ribbons the ladies have made at the VFW - wonderful way to honor anyone in our military.

Great use of the colours. Love the focal sentiment with the ribbons and EF you used.
