I spent the weekend admiring my favorites gallery...I LOVE my favorites!!!! There are soooo many talented, creative and gifted artists on SCS...it is time well spent to gaze at the beauties in my favorites often. I am inspired by the creativity of others, ESPECIALLY when I wake up and have not a creative speck anywhere with which to make a card. Even before I saw the challenge today, I was looking at this pretty, but simple card and wanted to make one like it. {CAS51} Cottage Wall DSP by Kristin Moore at Splitcoaststampers
I pulled out all my dp...and then I saw the challenge with the colors...and none of my dp are these colors:(! The only scalloped square I have is a cuttlebug die that I got last year...don't know if I've ever used it..so this was fun, but a challenge. All the squares are made with stamps...a little bit of work, would have been simple had I had the dp...but fun none the less.
The top yellow done with PTI, the top orange SU, the bottom orange Stampendous, the bottom yellow done with 2 new stamps, the opposites of each other, that I got from A Muse.
Thanks for looking, have a great rest of your day!
