Bringing a card for my buddy, Pamzi, who loves the Wild Wild West Cowboy 'almost' as much as a few other people on live on Splitcoast! 'Ceptin', she locks him in the closet to keep him from cheatin' on her!! Now that her REAL LIFE cowboy is home from his deployment fer good, she has to find somewhere else to hide him out, (since they don't have a big 'nuff barn out back of the ranch,) so it don't come to a shootout in the O-K Corral. The sheriff ain't none too happy about the possibility of that, so I invited the Cowboy to come by my place and we got this nice portrait all done up purty - I am sending Pamzi one of the portrait pictures, since I done got the COWBOY now, and Im-a KEEPING him here wit' ME!
I am so happy that you were chosen this week as out QFTD, Pam!! Your gallery is CHOCK full of beautiful and flowery cards, but I chose to do one of your favorite subject next to the flowers and butterflies - you guessed it - the MAN!! The layout I cased is this Christmas card
I did do paper piercing, and instead of the ribbon under the image, I chose to give the Man a belt to hold up his britches!
Hope you like it, and wishing you a happy week as our Queen - - however, keep in mind , the week DOES come to an end, when unfortunately, you will have to relinquish your crown or abdicate, at which point in time, I will come and get any remaining cowboys from your closets and whisk them all away!
Congrats dear friend, and thanks for your inspiration and all your wonderful comments and the constant stream of entertainment you provide! HUGZ!

Well, looksy here - a cowboy with a belt! Yee Haw - you betta send him right on ovah as I know how to treat a cowboy gooood!! My royal staff has prepared a special love nest for us in zee barn. It will be encapsulated with the fresh smell of "hay", not the other stuff, and all the treasures he could imagine, including me, da queen. It will make for headlines in all the British tabloids. It's about time da queen did something "wrong and immoral" for a change, don't ya think. And, to think, all it took was a special cowboy!
Sue, I can't believe everything you put into this top notch card. From every detail even down to the photo shoot. It wreaks "MASCULINITY" at it's finest. I still can't get over how clever this is and your story - funnier than any one that I could come up with. I must replace my royal jokewriter and hire you to replace him. You are so much funnier. I really love all the special details you put on this card. What a creative mind you have - or - is that a dirty mind? I always get those 2 mixed up. It does appear that you may have photographed this card inside the crotch area of those jeans in the b/g. I'm just sayin' that's what it looks like to me. You can't get anything past my "royal" eyes.! I have hired FT guards throughout Buckingham Palace to ensure my paper cowboys are not "toyed" with, so don't even try!
Thanks SO MUCH for making this so much fun for me Sue. You have to be on the top list of humorous people on this site. You have made da queen happy!

Sounds like you really nailed this one, coming up with the perfect card for your friend, her Royal Highness - your cowboy card just oooozes testosterone! I have to tell you we don't have too many cowboys this side of the Atlantic, and British royalty sure aren't allowed dalliances with a bit of rough on the side - so Pam'll need to keep him in the closet till next week! You're very clever, Sue, to come up with this fab card, and your fun story!

I absolutely LOVE your card!! I love anything with a western theme and this is so clever and unique the way you designed it! I have been looking for the name of that stamp set FOREVER, and how lucky you are to own the set! Finding the stamp is like finding a needle in a haystack, but I'll keep looking for it and perhaps one day someone will tire of it and decide to sell it! Hey, I can dream can't I? LOL Pam will love this card...........I know I sure do!!

How perfect you used DA MAN for your case of Pamzi! She is hoarding pictures of him or least that is the rumor - although I did hear the other day that she is considering joining Team Jacob - but again that is a rumor. Love your card!
