Hi! This card was made for today's Inspiration Challenge: Studio Nommo. The company's website is down, but I found several websites that carried THIS WALLPAPER with trees and foxes made by the company.
I have to say, I found this site after over an hour of looking for it. My search feature for the internet is set on SUPER DUPER FILTER for Children. I can't access very many websites for this reason, but it's okay with me! (I'd rather Markie NOT see some of the stuff out there!) I was inspired because of the tree trunks. And, yesterday, I made a card with a butterfly in red on the tree trunks, so why not make the butterfly brown/yellow like the foxes?
Mother is stable for the time being. She can speak for about 3 minutes at a time, and then falls asleep from the strain. It's okay, but almost tears my heart out, because she keeps making me make promises that I in NO WAY want to keep...I mean, I can't possibly take care of the SQUIRRELS at her house during the winter! Especially, since we will have to sell my parents' home after my mother passes. I also promised to take her dogs...It's going to be very difficult, as those two are HUGE, and do NOT get along with others...at ALL! Don't get me wrong. If we didn't have ANY pets, I would take them, but as it is, well....They may become our "warehouse/office" dogs, and the Boxers may have to live/stay at the house.
On to the card...I stamped the tree trunks in Pitch Black and colored in the background and parts of the trunks with Copic Markers. The butterfly was stamped in Pitch Black and colored in with 3 Copic yellow/brown markers. I cut it out and popped it.
Finished card size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Total time to complete: (NOT including the search time...27 minutes)

Oh Faith you have your hands full~and I know what you mean about the dogs! I prayed that my mom's dog would go before her so I wouldn't have to take him. I will keep you in my prayers. I love the yellow and brown colors~beautiful card! TFS

I love your card, but then I love all of your cards. I just received my first order from your store and LOVE all the items! I will be shopping for more "STUFF"! What a hard and difficult road for you watching your Mom in her condition.
