I am so behind due to business travel so the first card I made today had to be a CASE for Heather who was chosen last week as our Featured Stamper. I chose this sweet card for my CASE. Sometimes a simple card has a big impact and this is a great example of that.
I kept the square shape and reverse masking but changed the theme, colors, and images. The center is sponged with So Saffron and the edges w Rich Razzleberry. I chose this image as the challenge mentioned waves of grain.... get it?
Belated congratulations, Heather. You are a sweet person, a very talented stamper and a wonderful part of out SCS community. I hope you enjoyed your special time, well-deserved.
This is a double challenge card as I've used Amber and Purple as my colors for the AUG10VSNH challenge.

Lovely card, Kathy...I have seen a few sponging techniques and have never tried it. I will now have to give it a try, using one of the stamps from the "Pocket Silhouettes" set. The colors work so well together. Of course I don't think that one can go wrong using Rich Razzleberry in your cards! Thank You for Sharing!
