Check out the TLC challenge today for Joan's great plaid technique to use on solid stamps. It took me several practices to get it right, but I think I have it now.
Elephant inked with ColorBox Pigment Pistachio and then plaided with distress inks in Worn Lipstick and Dusty Concord. Glittery nail-varnish added, wobbly eye, popped up ear. Added a HA birthday balloon, and stamped in some sand with Shore Thing. Cut with Labels 1, layered on a plaid square, then grey, then patterned paper. Added a ribbon and tiny gem on the ribbon.
All papers Basic Grey Sugar Rush (except the grey), base is 5 3/4" square.
Be back later, off to a BBQ.
