At last I have finished making a card!! I started this card for Father's day for my husband, and just finished it for him for our 27th anniversary a few days ago. Dh flys stunt kites for a hobby - which look absolutely nothing like these kites. But I did love this set, and bought it with DH in mind.
I just love the paper I used - the glittery off colour clouds!! DH was getting impatient for his card, and several times I had to seek his advice - what angle should I put the kites at, how to place the tails etc!!
The tails are made of a wired covered kraft coloured material which I coloured over with my black copic.
Thanks for looking! Hope I can get back to making my cards a little faster!!! Card measures 7 1/2 inches by 6 inches

It's really terrific! I couldn't believe there was a card from you in the pnz gallery! So, you actually checked with DH for advice on his own card?? Isn't that like the bride seeing the groom before the wedding??

Plus, I'm totally in love with the kites and how you switched direction with your ties! Well arent we clever. What a surprise that is. I mean with that inflated IQ of yours, you would think you could hav made a card like this in 10 minutes for less. Oh well.

Debzi, you're back!!! Oh, what a really, really cool card for your DH!! You had to seek his advice huh? I've been there, done that before!! I LOVE your sparkly paper and those adorable kites! Twenty-seven year anniversary - Woo Hoo! Hey, wait a minute, me thinkz you are a LOT OLDER than you proclaim to be. Why, I bet your avatar photo was taken 20 years ago. Are you deceiving us like AR does? Oh well, I have to admit I love you whether you're young or all shriveled and dried up and I am glad to see another card from you!! Hugzi!!!
