Wow, don't think I've ever made a card before work before. The challenge today was an OLC.
Well, last night I'd stamped some wrapping paper for a token anniversary present for DH using these two stamps, and I loved the look.
The base is to fit a business envelope.
Using the Stamp-a-ma-Jig for placement I stamped the zebra using Memento Black, and the Fanciful Filaments with ColorBox Chalk Warm Green. Then I stamped off the filaments and added some more. A sentiment from Lots of Thoughts, word window punch and zebra brad finished it off.
Fast and fun.
Thanks, Jeanne.
Is it summery? Not in a conventional form, but it reminds me of running through long grass. One of my favourite country houses to visit leaves large areas to grow as meadows, though they mow some paths through the grass.
ps - the token anniversary present is because although I started asking him what he'd like 3 weeks ago, he only decided yesterday. After 22 years, there's not much I'd bother getting without it being something he'd like and use.

I hope he smiles and says that he loves his present. I hope he doesn't bring up that the zebra only has two legs I love how you stamped the greenery with several generations to give it some depth. The little zebra brad is a wonderful embellishment.

Sabrina, I love what you've been doing with In the Wild! Love those zebras. Thanks for your sweet comments. YLM, jaydekay, Princessheather and I had a stamping gathering all day yesterday, so I missed the IC entirely. Even Anne called to say hello. How sweet was that?
Am working on an IC card now, late, and not too happy with how it's evolving. Sigh. I rarely look at the gallery before I post a card, so I'll go in to comment later.
Hope you are well! and tfs
