Today I had a lot of fun playing with my girls Hungry Hippo game for today's TLC218 Challenge. I rolled the marbles in pretty in pink, cameo coral, and apricot appeal so only a little white was showing on my white paper. I case the layout and the stampset used on this week's featured stamper, Kathy, FS116 on this card Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the sentiment, colors, and designer paper (I did not use any but created my own). I also watercolored my image 3 times and cut it out and layered it. Little pearls were added to the center of some of the flowers. I sewed around the edge and created a punched border along the bottom. I also added dry embossing behind the image and used my cropadile to punch holes in my scalloped circle.
I don't usually use cameo coral and I think one of the reasons is because it is a brighter pink and I don't have much dp in that color. I love any kind of pinks or peaches with dark brown (OCCC challenge). This technique encouraged me to move out of my comfort zone. Thanks for the challenge Lynn!

A wonderful card. I love your marbled background and your image is colored beautifully. Love the pearl flower centers. Great job on one of my all time favorite sets.
