Bev, aka beestamper, from my Double Dare Challenge group, dared us to make a one-layer card with some bumps to it. What that meant is that we had to use some kind of technique or embellishment to give our card texture. For my texture, I used embossing, paper piercing, and the buttons.
After I cleared embossed my images, I sponged various colors over them and then wiped off the excess from the embossing to make the white pop; otherwise known as emboss resist.
One layer cards are truly a challenge for me. Thanks for making me stretch outside my comfort zone, Bev!

How wonderful and gorgeous!! These colors are so beautiful...and the buttons make it bumpy, all right. I have a lot of trouble with these one layers too, but you can't tell you ever did!! Just fabulous, GF!
