The windows are made from vellum with punched-out designs to look like etching. The doors are pieced together then "stained" with light brown chalk. The paint can is from a very old foam-backed set.

This card is spectacular!!! Okay, since nobody else asked ... how did you make the doors? Do you have a pattern? Would you share it with us? Please let me know!
Gosh, folks--I'm flattened. I mean, flattered! Since there appears to be interest, I'll work up a pattern for this card. I did write down the measurements of the pieces as I designed it, so it shouldn't be too hard. Keep an eye peeled on the Resources/Download forum--I'll post it there.

Well, this is just the most unique card........!! Years ago SU had a set with a door that had different stamps to decorate the door......wreath, ect. I am wondering if that door stamp could be used and modified. Also, last year we had a set that had a chair, lamp, fan, etc........we could just decorate a whole house inside the card!.....Just remembered that SU also had a set with a hutch with stamps of dishes and such to put in the hutch, and a set with a fireplace with stamps to decorate the mantle. These sets were back in the 1990's..........probably around 1995 or 96. At any rate, this the cutest card......WOW !! My favorite part is the stained glass door with the dry embossing!!!!!!!!
