I, too, did not have any twinkling watercolors...but I wanted to make a card that twinkled, too!!! Hee!
I used my watercolor pencils and waterbrush, then put Crystal Stickles over the entire finished flower...as you can see, the flowers twinkled up nicely! Used older gingham dp, and did some paper pleating to make a sunny, girly girl card!

Avon Lady, this is so wonderful. There you go with that pleated shade again! Wow, I wish I could make that as well as you do. When you're the FS, that's what I'll try, harder than usual, to recreate. Sweet card.
