This week's featured stamper is Shellapoo (Michelle) who has an awesome thing goin: she makes cards for hospitalized children! Her gallery is filled with cheery critters - almost daily she posts 4 - 5 cards! I chose to CASE this great one here: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers and I'm sending it to her so she can add it to her stash.
Michelle used bubblewrap and a spectrum pad to create her background. I did too and it's such a great affect that I'm sure to use it again! I also kept Michelle's theme and layout. I changed the colors and stamped images. I cut out some of the image pieces and added dimension. A tiny ribbon bow finished off the design.

Ohh Christine - that is a fabulous effect!! I'm going to have to fav this and give it a try!! What a glorious card - oh so fun and colourful!! I love it!! Just darling!

OMgosh! How adorable! I just love the fun bright colors, the popped up image and that bubble wrap bg with the spectrum pad is just fabulous! Great case and super fun!
