I used metal tape on a cereal box, which I cut into ¾" squares. Embossed with textile ef, metallic rub-ons. Layered on card coloured with leafing pen, then...
MB butterfly cut from glitter card and shimmer paper. TCP sentiment
Base is a failed base from an earlier project: watercolour paper, brushos, Design Objectives embossing and sponged with green distress ink. I edged it with a gold leafing pen to use for this card, to match the mat layer under the tin tiles.

Such an interesting technique!! I'll play with this later today! I love the look of those tiles, and your butterfly is gorgeous! I'm glad to see that a "failed" piece was ultimately used, and so beautifully too!

FAB card, Sabrina! Terrific-looking emb grid and I like the gold scroll design, as well as, the outside edges in gold. Pretty, sparkly butterfly and your "failed" brusho bkgrd looks perfectly suited for this fab card! xx

Gorgeous, Sabrina! Love your faux tiles and the beautiful, sparkly butterfly! Your recycled panel works perfectly for this project which is a good reminder to hold onto those failed attempts!
