For my last April card for the USEIT2015 challenge I decided to pull out a rarely-used background stamp. Most of them, I use a lot, but last time I looked through them I was trying to decide whether this one is worth keeping. Still don't know the answer to that!!
Stamped with Versamark and embossed with clear EP, sponged with distress inks. Added the sentiment, and used glitter in various colours round the edge, mostly picking up on the sponged colours. The butterfly was sponged with the same inks, then coated with Versamark and embossed with Iridescent Ice, so it really sparkles. I added a glitter trail with Stickles, since I don't have any bling flourishes.

Beautiful card, Sabrina! I love the distress ink sponging! I just pulled this stamp out this morning, along with some others, to play with the smooshed watercoloring technique! The glittered butterfly and trail are perfect!

Oh I do love the BG stamp even if you are still deciding to keep it. Love your very pretty butterfly. I need to try to add glitter to mine when I create them to see if I like mine any better. I have not been real pleased with mine so far. Thank you for the inspiration.
