Oh yes, there is wind in my sentiment today. This card is for the Ways To Use It challenge called Got Wind? I used my favorite wheel ever, called Whirly Twirly, which I have always thought resembles wind.

Lovely card, Toni. I've always loved that sentiment. And the swirly background is great for a windy background - I have a flourish stamp I often use for that!
