This is my first time participating in a “try a new technique” challenge. Of course I had to pick one that was almost impossible to show in a picture {wink}.
To create this card I used glossy photo paper and my brayer to create my background. I was trying to create colors that would look like the very end of a sunset, just before dark. I used Stazon black ink to stamp the trees, then lightly spritzed the entire image with a mixture of copper Copper Perfect Pearls and hairspray. Finally I heat-set the image to secure the Perfect Pearls to the cardstock. It is hard to capture on camera but it has a neat copper glow in the light.
