Here it is Tuesday and time, once again, for a challenge laid down by artystamper (Julia) of our double dare challenge group. Julia sent us this pretty dp and the stamped image and instructed us to make a card using some or all of the dp, as well as the entire image.
I used all of the dp in my oval and the bottom bg. I colored Sweet Miss Matilda with my SU watercolor pencils and blender pen. I used a white gel pen to put the polkadots on her pockets and socks. I used crystal lacquer to make her shoes look like patent leather shoes, although you can't tell it from the photo. After I colored the flowers on her head (with Copics), I applied a little bit of turquoise stickles to the flower petals. I used Pretty in Pink on a q-tip to apply a tad of blush to her cheeks.
Thanks for the challenge, Julia, and thank YOU for looking!

Love the colors you used on this Charlene! you really pulled the blue dot out of the DP! love the scalloped top and wonderful coloring - how sweet are the 'patent leather' shoes!! and the dots on her pockets - I love how everyone's cards look so different using virtually the same things!
