I made this card for the sketch challenge and for my friend Chrissy's (chrissyd723) Belli challenge to use die cuts on a card. The Belli challenge can be found on Chrissy's blog here: http://chrissyd723.blogspot.com/
I also chose this particualr stamp from Hero Arts for the Double Dare challenge. Julia (artystamper) challenges a small group of friends to make a card with a tree for spring without using brown or green anywhere on the card. I figured I couldn't go wrong with Soft Sky and Black!!
The image was stamped on SU dp with black craft ink and embossed with clear ep. The edge was trimmed and pearls attached to the black under layer. The die cut thingy was wrapped around the black velvet ribbon. The chipboard frame was colored black, embossed with clear ep, and glitter on top. The flouish stamps from the Nightengale set by Savoir Faire were stamped on the background layers using Soft Sky ink. The sentiment is from Simple Little Things by PTI. Thanks for looking and have a great day!!
