Well I'm a little late getting this done for the featured stamper and Ways to use it (eyelets) challenges - My husband and I hosted my Father's 75th birthday party yesterday..
Jodi "Kharmagirl" has an amazing gallery, it was hard to choose one - but I finally settled on her "Born to be Wild" card...
Hanna - Born To Be Wild!!! by Kharmagirl at Splitcoaststampers
I have had the Route 66 stamp set for a while and haven't made a card yet - also I took out my Motorcycle for the first time yesterday - first ride on my new (used) 750 Honda magna
I used my motorcycle colours and I also have a red riding jacket.
I kept her layout the same (except changed the circle, scalloped sentiment to an oval).
I changed the colours, added the star eyelets and the wire frame. Coloured image with my su markers and water-coloured with my ink pads. Coloured the exhaust and chrome with silver metallic marker. Used clear liquid embossing on her helmet and bike frame. Also used snaps - one on the front wheel and one on the sentiment. Distress edges.
