This card was for an April VSN Challenge - and the challenge was to use the cracked glass technique. The challenge can be viewed here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
This was my first time using this technique. Thanks for making me go outside my box. It was fun! I watercolored the butterfly image using watercolor crayons and an aquapainter.
I used a coluzzle to cut the yellow circle and then I sponged the edges with close to cocoa ink.
The flowers, ribbon, and brad are non-SU items (not sure of the brands).
I stamped the background image in versamark and then clear embossed.

I love the colors under your cracked glass! There are so many VSN challenges that I don't think I'll have time to get to but I'm going to try to do this one! Thanks for the gorgeous example and a touch of inspiration!
