You press a piece of mat board onto a Versa Mark pad, then cover it with UTEE and heat it. Do this three times and then sprinkle colored EP on it and heat again, While it's still hot, press your inked stamp into it and hold for a minute. It's a great technique, but the scan doesn't do it justice.
