Copied as seen elsewhere (CASEd from WT84 - African Safari by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers) African collage.
I stamped each image with black ink onto vanilla CS and then sponged chalk brown on the smaller two images. I masked over the zebra with a scallop punched scrap and then stamped canvas background (straight and diagonally) over the mask. I also stamped the canvas stamp over the elephant (no mask). I scallop-punched the two smaller images. Layering all pieces onto sahara-sand CS and then onto black CS.
For the diamond background I first drew lines on sahara sand with chocolate chip pen. Then using a straight edge of scrap paper - I sponged one side of all the diamonds with close-to-cocoa, another side with chocolate chip, and a third side with the chalk brown.
I'm not sure where the buttons came from. I tried to put the raffia thru the hole but it was too small - so I ran a wire thru in to hold down the raffia. Buttons were mounted over pop dots (as were the two smaller layered images). I like the background on the original better but I can't figure out how it was made.
The five things along the bottom are little metal rings that I just dotted clear glue into.
