I made this birthday card for Labullard. She is a good friend and my demo. How lucky am I? I stamped on water color paper using Versafine onyx black ink, the heat embossed it with clear detail embossing powder. I colored the image using a blender pen and S.U. markers. I then went over the image with a versa marker pen and clear detail embossing powder. I then brayered So Saffron over the image and stamped Linen with So Saffron over that. I wiped the embossed design with a tissue to remove the So Saffron ink. I had to call Linda because I have burried my color wheel in a deep whole someplace in my room to ask her which yellow colors co-ordinated with pretty in pink, mellow moss. She had to help me make her own card. (grin) This is a 5 3/8 x 5 3/8" square card.

Yes, I'm very lucky to have this gorgeous card for my very own! Love these Springy colors, and I especially like the orientation of the image. I'm hoping we can entice some real Hummingbirds to our back yard this summer. Thank you again, Coleen! :o) Linda
