To borrow a phrase from Mothermark
This is my story
I just had to thank those of you who took the time to make and send cards to my mom. She was blind and these amazing Splitcoast women made texturized cards so she could feel them. I do not know all who sent as some did not give their Splitcoast names but please know how much this meant to me. A big shout out to Mothermark and Maddy for bringing attention to my mom. I have since lost my mom and although I am struggling with the hole in my heart you have gone a long way to help fill that hole. Please know all cards will be saved in a special scrapbook in her memory. God bless! Jovialjudi

so sorry about your loss. I lost my mom when I was only 31yrs old. Not enough time after adulthood to appologize for all the teen mess I put her through but the last 2 yrs we really bonded and got close again and I thank GOD for those memories because they help fade the guilt I have from the bad times. Your loving memories will surely keep your mom close in your heart always. God Bless you

Very pretty card, Judi! I love those swirly things and the flowers and the faux stitching. Your mom would have loved it too. Thanks for creating this to share during such a difficult time for you. My heart is with you, always!
Much love, Maddy

What a beautiful bright card you created! so sorry for your loss - I lost my mum 5 years ago and I still miss her.... but she had a wonderful long life and passed peacefully - time will help you with this sadness - as well as the comfort of friends and family...

Lovely card. It was our pleasure to send cards to your mother. I can not imagine how you must be feeling but please take comfort from the fact that we have been thinking about you and praying for you.
