I have always been fascinated with the way Morning Glories wake up and open to the warmth of the sun and close up in sleep as the dark comes. I also love their colors....especially the vibrant blue ones. As soon as I saw this set in the catalog, I knew I had to have it. I used a mixture of reinkers and WW Crayons to color this image. The Old Olive BG is stamped first with Print Pattern using OO Clkassic ink. Next, I overstamped the Print Pattern design with Linen in Very Vanilla Craft. After this dried, I stamped again using the BG set called EnFrancais in Encore Gold ink. This produces a very muted and soft background. The main image is stamped on watercolor paper which was first moistened with a water misting bottle and painted randomly with these colors: So Safffron, Bordering Blue, Night of Navy. This had to dry before stamping the main image.

Who cares about your computer skills when you can produce a hand-crafted card as gorgeous as this one! Simply beautiful... I would have considered ordering this set if I thought for a moment I could make it look even half as pretty as this!
