This card was first embossed and then watercolored using Tombow markers. I used Fabriano Medioevalis folded cards that can be purchased at Dick Blick. I adhered a butterfly that was embossed on vellum and watercolored. I adhered micro gold beads to the body and antenae using crystal effects. I used Dazzling Diamonds on the wings for a little sparkle. I then attached a birthday sentiment to the lower right corner using stamps from Papertrey, Ink.

I adore peonies and they have such beautiful colour gradation. You have captured that with your colouring perfectly! Your watercolouring is truly outstanding! Yet another delightful ensemble!

Such depth in the flower and leaves!! What a great watercolor beauty! And the little reflection of the burgundy in the leaf is the touch of a true artist! Wonderful card!!
