I did Faux Suede technique on the on the bordering Blue piece. I love the look and feel it gives to a card. Just a little tedious to do and I also tried to do the lattice technique that I saw on this card of ShadowMills that was featured for the TLC this week CC130, SC148, WT106 Guava Dahlia by Shadow Mill at Splitcoaststampers
I didn't quite get it right but I still like it. I also sanded the Cuttled Stylized Flower BG piece. And I used a scrap of the suede to make the flower center and then clear embossed it.

Ohhh - love that sanded flower, Kay!! Your narrow panel is gorgeous! - oh and the Faux suede!! - and sewing... you've really got a lot of fancy techniques here, and a gorgeous card!

Remarkable! There is SO much going on here but it all came together beautifully! Love the lattice . . . looks great! I'm sure the photo doesn't do it true justice . . . beautiful job!

NO RIBBON OR HARDWARE??? **GASP** ahahahaha.....and its perfect! The stitching adds nice texture......I MUST dust of my machine and get it on my workbench so that I can add a little stitching now and then too!! THanks for the reminder, Kay!!
