Here is the card I was inspired by; I find Pam's entire gallery inspiring...it's been hard to choose just one card to focus on!
I actually finished this one last night but had to wait for the Crystal Effects to dry before I photo'd...this one's for my dear friend who turns 30 at the end of the month!
I followed Pam's layout pretty closely but substituted the Basic Grey Stella Ruby paper I had on hand instead.
The base of the flower is a Heidi Swapp chipboard flower in butterscotch; I sanded it lightly to expose the bare chipboard...then sponged cameo coral, rose red and chocolate chip ink over the top....the ink fills in the bare spots, but the butterscotch resists the ink so it's a nice blend. The next layer is a brown Prima flower and the center is a flat-bottomed marble with an additional piece of patterned paper behind it - the whole thing is assembled with Crystal Effects.
The centers of the small Prima flowers are my muchly-coveted adhesive pearls...love them!
Thanks for looking!
