Happy Monday, everyone! This card is for my weekly challenge with some SCS friends. For this challenge, Tosha (Stamps4funinCA) sent us these cool plastic frames and insets. We could use one or both. I chose to use the inset with the words LOVE on it and will save the cute frame she sent for another day.
I created the black and red frames with my rectangle Nestabilities. I then put the red frame through my Cuttlebug with the heart embossing folder. I used my 3/4" punch for the five half circles on the right side of the frame that were placed underneath the frame. I used my Mini Mates heart stamp and Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the hearts in red at the bottom and then used my heart punch for the black heart shapes on top. A teeny tiny red rhinestone is on top of each of the hearts. I used my square punch to make the black frame around the clear LOVE frame. I used Crystal Effects to glue my clear frame down because I didn't know what other adhesive medium to use that wouldn't show through. If you've any suggestions, I'd appreciate hearing them!
Anyhoo, thanks for looking, and I hope you like it! Thanks, Tosh, for the fun supplies!
Oh, and if you'd like, here's the link the cards my friends created for this challenge:

I love this pretty Valentine. The punches and the cuttlebug bg tie together so well. Love the littl dangling heart.

Gorgeous Charlene!!! I love all the details: the embossing, the punched black piece, the adorable double layered hearts with the rhinestones, the charm, the colors.....and....hee....the little love acrylic thingy. Awesome, card!!!
