Some fun I had with Outlines stamps and Twinkling H20s. This was my submission for a monthly card swap held at my LSS. We had to make a 4x4 card.
I thought the glossy paper was a great complement to the sparkle of the H20s. The green panel is from a very large sheet of Fennel by Martha Stewart. Technically I was not supposed to use it because the LSS cannot sell it but several attempts to make a card for this swap failed miserably and I used whatever I could find to finally finish it.
HELPFUL HINT: Make sure the H20 panels are completely dry before applying adhesive. I used Scotch foam tape and it kept lifting up - even after placing each card under a vice for several hours! I ended up using small dots of Dimesnional Glaze to stick down the corners.
Thanks for looking and ...
Happy Crafting!

This is gorgeous, Tina! Love the twinkling H2o's - they always add such a nice shimmer to a card! The shiny black cardstock really makes a great base for this - a striking contrast! Fabulous!
