My mom gave me this stamp, so of course I had to ink it up and play with it. This is a fun image to watercolor - love that big leaf!
To keep with the leaf theme, I used the Leaves #3 Backgrounder from www.cornishheritagefarms.com on the rust cardstock. I used reinkers and an aquapainter to watercolor the image. The little leaf on the mustard cardstock is from Judith (the stamp company). I used Golden Rod stickles on the wings. Then I cut out the entire image and popped it up with dimensionals.
Creative Memories has a special wavy paper cutter, which I used to cut the bottom edge. I wanted it to echo the wavy-ness of the leaf in the main image, as well as the chocolate ribbon.
