This is what I took to the Christmas cookie exchange party my friend invited me to. I made 12 of them and put white chocolate chip and cranberry cookies inside.
I slipped gold cording through the rolled over top of the bags so that they could be hung on a doorknob. I also found some cute little Christmas lapel pins on cards in a Christian bookstore, so I slipped them over the cord and tucked them under the tab of the bag.
As it turns out, all the people at the party voted on what they thought was the "best packaging job" and I won! I not only left the party with lots and lots of yummy cookies and treats, but a beautiful centerpiece as my prize!
