Another one-layer card, my favourite type for mailing.
I love watercolouring this wreath!! It just got easier to watercolour because I discovered that I could load up a paintbrush with watercolour (in this case, red, for the berries), and then "smoosh" it onto the calligraphy nib. For a picture of the "smooshing", you can visit my blog. The nib is MUCH easier to use when painting detailed stuff - like painting around the shine spots on the berries!
The window shape is by Flourishes. I drew the lines in the window using a straight-edge. Then I tried to draw snow using curves, but it doesn't look quite right. Oh well. I tried to paint glass reflections on there too...um, oh well.
The French means "Merry Christmas".

This is so beautiful!!! I had an idea in my head to make bricks on a wall for this window as well, just didn't get to it yet -- your bricks/wall are wonderful!!! Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us!!!
