This was my try at faux linen. Shiny cs was scratched with sandpaper then sponged and rubbed with apricot ink and a sponge. It gave it an old fashioned look. The I used regal rose for the flowers. It was stamped off once for the first stamping then full color for the detail stamp. Moss and artichoke are the colors of the leaves. I used decorator scissors for the borders. The border around the lilacs are rubber stamper tapestry stamps. The Cuttlebug was used for the background.

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

The best discriptive words have been used (Beautiful and Gorgeous) and I have to say that they are well deserved. I love the muted shades and you did a great job on the challenge. Thanks for playing with my challenge.
