Ok, there's a little story behind this. In Sept. I had the pleasure of meeting some fellow SCS'ers at an all day W. PA SCS gathering.
We decided to eat at Smokey Bones. Yummy! When the waitress came to get our drink orders, she started putting down those round coasters. Of course, we all said, "Hey, we could alter these!". So, the brave soul that I am asked for a few more. The waitress brought me 2 UNOPENED packages of coasters. We are talking 500 of these puppies. I gave some to those who wanted and joked that I was gonna do a coaster of the month. Well, here it is a month later and this is the first installment of the coaster of the month!!!
I hand stitched around the coaster after poking the holes with my crafters tool kit. Then I ran it through my cuttlebug. I suggest cuttlebugging first, then stitching. The stitching got smooshed in the 'bug. The butterfly image was also stamped around the circle, but I'm not sure that you can see it. TFL!
