Paper cones have a long history in many different countries, but I've noticed that recently they've become popular again. I can see why because they're so much fun to make and you could use them for any occasion. I made this one to match my bedroom.

Paper: My Mind's Eye paper stack from Costco, old music book page, ivory cardstock
Ink: Purely Pomegranate, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose. Linen is stamped in Sahara Sand...i think. Mellow Moss for the leaves.
Accessories: So Saffron pastels, Marvy Giga scallop circle punch, Stickles Crystal glitter glue, crocheted and lingerie lace, gold heart charm, gold bric-a-brac, party hat from the Dollar Store, wired pompom string
