This is for the demonstrator challenge DC016 which was supposed to use a set from the New Mini (which I do have) -or- a holiday or autumn card. I decided my little pumpkins from Carved and Candlelit haven't been out to play for a long time, so I inked them up for the challenge instead and I love stacking them and using the black brads in the eyeballs so I did that for the "feature" pumpkin. I also sanded down the Linen background which I stamped on the VV in Wild Wasabi ink and just love the soft look it gave for the background. The two colors are great together for fall/autumn cards and I plan on using them more often for this purpose.

I just love your stacked pumpkins and the brads in the eyes are so cute. I would have never used these colors for fall. Your card shows that it definetly can be done!

Love your pumpkins. And your card is great. I especially like the idea of making googley eyes with the black brads. Love these eyes better than the ones that move around.
Thanks for sharing.
